January will be a very busy month for art league members. Three of us participated in a First Friday show and demo on January 1st. In addition to handing out information on EAL and LEMA events, Krysta and Marvyn had a mini Battle of the Brushes. See the attached newsletter and our Facebook group for more pictures. We intend to do more painting demos at the February and March First Friday events. If you would like to participate please let us know.
Krysta will be doing a demo of Facebook and other social media sites for artists at our meeting on Januray 9th. She will follow this with a hands on workshop on the same topic on January 16th.
Starting at the January meeting, Eileen Hinkle will be taking over as workshop chair to facilitate our third Saturday workshop listed in the newsletter. You can contact her at the meeting, by phone at 317-462-7360 or by email ehcreativespirits@gmail.com to register for any of the workshops.
