The proposed amendments are up-dates to reflect current practice and social changes.
The Board has endorsed the proposed amendments and recommends acceptance of them.
The current by-laws require the reading of the amendments at a general meeting and a vote by the membership at a subsequent meeting, following notice about the date of the vote.
The changes will be read at the March 10th meeting and voted on at the April 14th meeting.
